Agfa HealthCare helps Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Québec improve healthcare delivery

Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of IT-enabled clinical workflow and diagnostic imaging solutions, announced today that Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Québec (CHUQ), which is affiliated with the Réseau Universitaire Intégré de Santé (RUIS) of Université Laval region, has successfully implemented its IMPAX 6 PACS (Picture Archive and Communications System). As an integral part of the Quebec Government’s eHealth initiative, IMPAX 6 has helped CHUQ move to a digital radiology environment – improving workflow, facilitating efficient information sharing among physicians and enabling better delivery of patient care.

Agfa HealthCare hires Jos Nyns as new Chief Financial Officer
