Cox Ohio Publishing Automates Prepress with Agfa’s Violet CtP Solutions.
Agfa Graphics announced today that Cox Ohio Publishing, producers of newspapers in the southwest Ohio region, recently purchased three violet laser-based :Advantage CLS systems from Agfa. The systems were installed at the company’s Print Technology Center in Franklin, Ohio.

Why Visible Light for Newspapers? Quality Tells the Story.
Visible light prepress users in North America swept a recent printing quality contest held by leading newspapers associations. Each of the ten newest members of the International Newspaper Color Quality Club 2006-2008 (INCQC) from North America uses visible light CtP systems, with most using Agfa's :N91 or :N91v plates.
